Racing into the park in Spring 2024, Minifigure Speedway will be the UK’s first LEGO duelling coaster featuring Team Legends and Team Allstars cars that race forwards and in reverse, with a winning team every time!

Reaching speeds of up to 56km/h, the duelling coaster design has been inspired by the world’s great Speedway circuits, where racers will be immersed in a track like no other.

Featuring state-of-the-art technology and a dynamic dual-track layout, the £10m Minifigure Speedway development is part of LEGOLAND Windsor Resort’s ambition to create a world class destination of the future.

The attraction is manufactured by Zierer and is currently under construction at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

Helen Bull, Division Director at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, said:

Minifigure Speedway’s announcement follows LEGOLAND Windsor Resort’s recent opening of the world’s first LEGO themed indoor golf attraction, LEGOLAND Adventure Golf, which launched as a second gate in October.

Work is also well underway to develop the new accommodation site, LEGOLAND Woodland Village which will open next May featuring 130 lodges, 20 camping barrels, an on-site restaurant (The Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar) and a family entertainment hub.
